Representation depends upon you signing our Agency Agreement and continuing to meet our Expectations.
Agency Agreement
As soon as your HeyCast Profile is accepted by InTouch Talent you will receive an alert to sign your Agency Agreement & and IR330C form.
You can sign these forms inside HeyCast simply by clicking on the Alert to open the form up and sign it right there and then. Super simple!
Once signed a copy is saved in your Documents on HeyCast.
If you have not got a copy of your Agency Agreement in your Documents, check your Alert Panel or reach out to us on WhatsApp. We’ll quickly help solve the mystery and get your representation underway.
Communication
Keeping in contact and responding within 2hrs when we message you, is ideal.
Keeping in contact and responding within 24hrs when we message you is good too.
Not replying to our messages raises a question with us of how reliable you are likely to be on set, will you show up, will you respond to requests from the AD’s and director. We will hesitatet to submit you for roles if your communication is not reliable.
Getting to know you
Remember that we don’t know you. Everything you do when connecting and communicating with us tells us a little more about you and what to expect.
We won’t be representing anyone who isn’t committed to staying in touch and being reliable.
