FAQs
Is there a cost to join InTouch Talent Agency?
No. There are no joining or yearly fees! We only get paid an industry standard commision, outlined in your Agency Agreeement, if you get a role.
The great part about our agency is that we really do have your best interest at heart and work hard to find jobs for our talent using our expansive connections around NZ with casting directors and coordinators.
How do I join InTouch Talent Agency?
Head to our Website and Click the ‘Join Us’ button on the home page. This will bring you to a form to quickly fill out and then we will be InTouch and help bring you onboard by working with you to create a professionally presented online profile which is added onto our database
Do I need professional photos?
No. If you would like to you can, but it is not required. In a world where your image is what gets you in the door, we strongly advise quality images which are sharp, clear and uncluttered. But that doesn’t have to mean professional. When creating your profile we will send you a tip sheet for photos.
Do I need experience?
Experience is not a necessity! You may have the right looks or skills for a particular job opportunity even though you haven't been on set!
For roles with heavy dialogue or hero roles, acting skills may be required,but we will only submit talent with acting experience for these roles.
We value everybody’s uniqueness and never turn away anyone keen to know more or give it a try!
Can I be submitted for acting roles?
In our industry it is expected that people being submitted for an acting role (a role that has dialogue and/or a character brief) need to have acting experience. This could be previous acting on set or on stage, experience gained through drama or acting classes, or acting courses. As an agent we can only submit talent for acting roles when
we know they have the relevant experience for these roles.
Can you submit me for Reality TV shows?
We have had a few people ask us about the process for getting on a Reality TV show. Unfortunately this is not done through an Agency. The most common way to apply for a Reality TV show is through the individual show or the network's website.
